LOCHNESS ROCKED MARCH MADNESS CULTURE CLASH!!!
It was a night like any other night. The wind was chilly, and the smell of cigarette smoke and beer waltz it's way around my noise. The place was getting packed when my mind filled with thoughts of jumping off the 28th floor of the BPI building to just soar across Makati's electric skylight. How beautiful the night was as it's swirling lights threaten to engulf me as I decadently wait for Lochness to play; my only salvation amidst the coming storm.
I saw a lot of people that day that knew me. passing acquaintances really, nothing deep and lasting like the bond of family or friends. Being in the scene does give this occasional demanded attention. Don't get me wrong though, I didn't mind the attention. The Idle banter of well wishes and lauds that wrap around me like so many layers of silk cloth gently seep into my consciousness. There was this girl earlier that rubbed her breast gently on my forearm as she clinged there to tell me how much she missed me. I could afford the company tonight, why not.
Minutes later I saw Cedric and greeted him like how brother greet each other. Informing them that they would play first since the other performers did not care to come in at the designated time. He just said, " yep, what the hell." classic Cedric expression.
And just like clockwork, Egie, Gene, Tim, Percy, burst into the scene like a silenced 9mm. Time to work.
Heading to the bar, I asked the barkeep to summon the server to bring the bands refreshments and cooked meat. Looked at my Blackberry and saw that it was almost 10pm, shows about to start. That's when The mysterious Korean girl caught my curiosity....
